Set the Scene…
Fresh off a morning longboard cruise along the coast, of course accompanied with an ocean dip, I shift gears into work mode at Vacancy coffee. I accomplished my first “towel burrito-swim suit-into-dry clothes” change today, which felt quite invigorating. 🙂 And now…
Welcome to our second installment of an Instagram, Insta for short, TV episode.
Our weekly fit sessions are an educational engaging way to see what we are shopping for our clients and what new merchandise is catching our eye’s in the stores.
For episode two we spread our wings through Santa Row’s Anthropologie, which due to demographic merchandising, had much different product than that of Fashion Island Anthropologie featured in Episode 1. We started by wanting to pull 15 items and came into the fitting room with 12. We keep it real round here and the feels walking into the fitting room were underwhelming, but by the time we tried it all on, our “yes!” were closet warrior pieces. This is always an exciting moment when we find items that really add closet value. Scroll to find out which items they are. See some you may like to own, click the images to shop.
It’s probably no secret to anyone that to recuperate, we need to sleep about 8 hours a day. Try to go to bed at the same time and get enough sleep.
In the morning you will not feel overwhelmed, and your appearance will be beyond praise.
Proper nutrition is also important. Do not overeat, especially at night. It is better to eat more often, but in small portions. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables without overloading your gastrointestinal tract.
Walk more often in the fresh air, play sports, or at least do exercises in the morning. Sport increases the level of hormones of joy, improves mood. A healthy lifestyle will help you look beautiful.
Visit a theater or museum, an exhibition, meet friends. Movement is life!
