Shopping… it is kind of our thing.
This week while were putting together client looks we noticed similar styles at all different price points. Did this shock us? Not really. With the world of fast fashion, there really is not much designers can do to keep their designs safe. Que the madness that is Fashion Week and the theatrical performances that take place. These shows are really the only things keeping designers relevant and entertaining because now a days it is almost impossible to visibly tell (of course quality is a dead give away) if a garment is Gucci or Zara.
So how does this make us feel….
To be honest, it is simply part of the fashion game. You put your designs out there and they will be copied. This has never not happened with fashion. It is simply happening at a more rapid pace than ever. Partly due to the world of social media, aka caring WAY too much of what others think of your looks and there for needing newer more often at a lower price. The audience demands and there is always someone there waiting to unethically jump the line and deliver.

We believe in building purposeful wardrobes. Not mass consumption. And defiantly not sacrificing quality to buy more.
