We hit Nordstrom to start our game plan for the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale, aka our favorite sale of the year that kicks off July 21st go ahead and mark your calendars. While we were there we did a quick fit session on the hunt for pieces under $100 that could be worn in the office, while also fun to wear out with your friends. Between Ashley’s curvy figure and Destynie’s straight figure we found a couple pieces for each that were worth sharing! Straight Figure
We loved the faux leather legging! A great staple piece and for under $100 a total score! On the curvy figure they did not lay properly, but if you have a straight body and narrow hips, they are a total dream. Be mindful they will stretch out as you wear them, so you want to purchase a little fitted, but comfortable in the waist. These tops with the flirty ruffles are great for date nights with boy friend jeans or cut offs, but paired back with a trouser and you are boardroom ready!

Curvy Figure
These tops paired great with the printed pants seen in the universally flattering section. Love that the longer tap can be worn baby tucked, long and flowy or tied into a 50s style waist knot. The sexy cami is perfect for a date night!!

Universally Faltering
When pieces fit multiple figures they are know as Universally flattering. These cut offs are ultra soft and a great mid rise. Although totally not work appropriate are on SALE and deserved a shout out! The white denim were super stretchy, yet not shear. The printed floral pant was the favorite piece of the day, not only ULTRA comfy, but can take you so many places! Try pairing it back with a chambray top, t-shirt, silky top, etc.
